The impugned order dated 09.01.2020 passed in R.C.D.T.No.44/2020 by the learned Mandal Executive Magistrate, Chejerla in purported exercise of powers under Section 145 of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’ has an operative life of only six months under Section 163(4) of ‘the BNSS.,’/Section 144(4) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous because of passage of time.
