The petitioners have filled this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of present case, from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities to forthwith release the GPF to the tune of Rs.3,45,169/- & other retiral dues in favour of petitioner, with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of entitlement.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner while working on the post of Teacher Grade-III after attaining the age of superannuation retired from service w.e.f. 31.07.2022. Respondents authorities have disbursed the amount of GPF of Rs.18,01,954/- instead of Rs.21,47,123/- and thereby, petitioner has been paid less amount of Rs.3,45,169/- towards GPF. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 and 7 submits that earlier the representation was submitted by petitioner on 22.07.2023, based on the provisional calculation made by respondents departments, however, after receiving the records from the concerned department and verification of the records of Accountant General, it revealed that petitioner is entitled for Rs. 18,01,954/- accordingly, the respondent No.2 has issued authority letter in this regard and there is no error on the part of the respondents No.2 and 7. 4. Learned State counsel submits that all the documents available with respondents authorities has been forwarded to the office of Accountant General. 3 5. Considering the nature of grievance raised by parties instead of keeping this petition seeking reply from the respondents, this petition at this stage is disposed of directing the State-respondents to send the entire records of GPF account of petitioner to the respondent No.2 within period of six weeks and after receipt of relevant records forwarded by State authorities, respondent No.2 shall inform the petitioner for his appearance in the office of respondent No.2 and to get the records verified in his presence and thereafter to pass appropriate orders. Respondent No.2 shall conclude the proceedings and exercise as observed above within further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of records from the State-authorities. 6.
