Consequently, no further cause survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 5) Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and taking into account the Proceedings of the Transport Commissioner, Vijayawada, bearing R.No.13024/42/C2/2026/Zone-II (1), dated 19.05.2026, the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 6) There shall be no order as to costs.
