This case has been listed today under the Heading speaking to the Minutes, as inadvertently in terms of order dated 08.05.2026, the petition has been disposed of by observing that the adjudication in CWP No.8504 of 2025, titled Madhu Deshta and others versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench shall be binding upon the parties. The Court stands intimated that this case is different from Madhu Deshta and, in fact, in the present case, the prayer of the petitioner is only for a decision on the representation appended with the petition as Annexure P-3. In light of the above, the order dated 08.05.2026 is recalled and stands substituted by the direction that the representation, Annexure P-3 appended with the petition, be decided by the Authority within twelve weeks in light of the averments made therein.
