Petition No. 3182/2023 has been submitted by the accused-petitioner for quashing of the impugned FIR No. 01/2023 registered with the Police Station Nogava, District Alwar while the other S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 5202/2023 has been submitted by the victim seeking directions for fair and impartial investigation. 2. At the outset, counsel for the accused petitioner submits that during the pendency of these petitions, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused-petitioner and he has already been acquitted by the Trial Court. Hence, under the changed circum- stances, both petitions have become infructuous. 3. Considering the above, both petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous.
