Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents jointly submit that the trial Court may be directed to prepone/advance the suit from 02.05.2026 to 23.02.2026 on which date the petitioners would adduce evidence on their behalf. 4. The aforesaid joint submission is placed on record. 5. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to allow the petition by issuing certain directions. In the result, I pass the following: ORDER i) The petition is hereby allowed. ii) The impugned order dated 11.12.2025 in O.S.No.12.01.2026 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nelamangala, is hereby set aside. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8076 WP No. 39 of 2026 iii) The trial Court is directed to prepone/advance the suit from 02.05.2026 to 23.02.2026. iv) The petitioner shall adduce evidence on behalf of the defendants on that day and proceed further in the matter. v) The trial Court shall dispose of the suit within a period of 6 months from 23.02.2026.
