Har Aam and Khas”, whereby, the learned District Judge has dismissed the said case, filed under Section 8 (2)(a) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956. 2. Heard Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Mr. Lalit Sharma, Advocate, has requested to permit the petitioner Anil Kumar Gupta to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order. 4.
