The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 110/310 r/w 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and 25(1- B)(a)/26/27 of the Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Though, there is alleged recovery of some looted jewellery from the possession of the petitioner, however, the same has not been put on TIP. Moreover, even though the petitioner has been put on TIP, he has not been identified therein. The informant has already been examined in the trial; however, he has not stated anything specific against the petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused, Navin Kumar, Ronit Kumar @ Ronit Rai @ Bulla @ Golu and Musafir Hawari have already been granted regular bail by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph 2026:JHHC:7810 2 No. 11 of the present bail application. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.06.2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Bokaro in connection with Chas P.S.
