Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “i This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 28.11.2025 issued by Respondent No.3 directing the petitioner to perform academic duties at Government Higher Secondary School, Badgai, Block- Farasgaon. ii. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue and discharge duties at Government High School, Bhongapal, Block Farsgaon, in accordance with rationalization order dated 03.06.2025. iii. Any other writ or direction which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the case may also be passed along with the case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding the post of Lecturer Social Science (LB) and working as incharge Principal at Government High School, Bhongapal, Block Farasgaon is attached to the Government Higher Secondary School, Badgai, Block- Farasgaon for teaching work. He contended that order (Annexure P-1) is an order of attachment of services of petitioner to another school and not an order of transfer. State Government has issued an order on 18.02.2026 directing the authorities not to attach the services of the teacher in any manner. He submits that in the facts of the case, petitioner may be permitted to submit representation before the respondent No.3 and direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner at the earliest.. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking permission to submit 3 representation to be decided by respondent No.3, she is having no objection.. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, nature of grievance raised, this petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation before the respondent No.3 and in the event petitioner submits such representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner keeping in mind the order dated 02.09.2025 of the State Government, Department of School Education expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of order. 5.
