After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the regular bail petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has got no objection for the same. 4. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 5. It is made clear that if the petitioner moves regular bail petition before the learned court, the same will be decided in accordance with law by the learned court without prejudice to this order.
