Today learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 27.05.2026 as addressed by Regional Manager HRTC, Palampur to the Financial Advisor & C.A.O Himachal Road Transport Corporation Shimla, whereby it has been communicated that amount of Rs.9,18,172/- as DCRG, interest at the rate of Rs. 60,943/-- and leave encashment at the rate of Rs 6,92960/- and the interest over the leave encashment of Rs. 45,944/- stood paid to the present petitioner. The said communication is taken on record. 3. Faced with above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has acknowledged the same. Consequently, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is accordingly closed.
