This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs: -
“(i) That writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued, quashing and setting aside the impugned notices dated 02.01.2026 (Annexure P-6). (ii) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to waive off the loan of the petitioners in view of the provisions enunciated in the Agriculture Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, 2008 framed by the Reserve Bank of

India as well as the Himachal Pradesh Relief of Agriculture Indebtedness Act, 1976 enacted by the State Government.”
After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the instant petition as the petitioners intend to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of their grievances.
Granting such permission, the instant petition is dismissed of as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
