It is submitted that the matter was posted for orders on 29.01.2025 but the order is not passed till today. It is further submitted that due to bonafide reasons petitioner could not file his objections prior to the matter being posted for orders before respondent No.2. It is submitted that he has filed his objections subsequently and it is prayed that respondent No.2 be directed to consider his objections before passing any final order. 2.
