ORAL ORDER This petition puts in question the proceedings initiated by the respondent under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short “the SARFAESI Act”).
2. This Court by order dated 21.02.2022 passed the following order :
"ORDER Issue emergent notice and Interim order as prayed for, subject to petitioner depositing with the respondent, 30% of the amount due as under:
(i) 10% within three weeks; (ii) another 10% within next three weeks; and (iii) remainder i.e., 10% within three weeks next following,

failing which, not only the interim protection shall stand rescinded but it will also have adverse reflection on merits of the main matter."
3. None appears for the petitioner and there is nothing on record to show that the aforesaid order has been complied with by the petitioner.
4. Notwithstanding the same, since there is an alternative remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail such remedy as permissible under law, writ petition is dismissed.
