He submits that if the Appellate Tribunal will consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and dispose of the same, the petitioner will get an opportunity to cast his vote on April 29, 2026. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Tribunal to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated April 9, 2026 as early as possible. 4.
