P.C.: 1) The Petitioner challenges order dated 9 April 2026 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune Division, Pune (Divisional Joint Registrar) in exercise of Appellate powers under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act). By the impugned order, Appeal No. 51 of 2026 is partly allowed by setting aside report of the Inquiry Officer dated 11 February 2026 made under Section 88 of the MCS Act. The Divisional Joint Registrar has directed the Deputy Registrar to conduct re-inquiry. Order dated 9 April 2026 is revisable under Section 154 of the MCS Act before the Hon’ble Minister (Co-operation). Alternatively, Petitioners can participate in the re-inquiry before the new Inquiry Officer appointed vide order dated 29 June 2026. It is for the Petitioners to decide what course of action to be adopted. I am not inclined to entertain the Petition. Leaving open the options as observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
