By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No. 402/2019 registered with the Police Station Civil Line, District Ajmer for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of the factual report submitted that after investigation, the Police has submitted the Final Report (Negative). Counsel submitted that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
