JUSTICE D K SINGH) 1. The present intra Court appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.24304/2021. 2. The aforesaid writ petition came to be filed by the petitioner/respondent No.6-Sri L.N. Govindaswamy s/o late Sri Rama Bhovi for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 15.09.2021 and to restore the name of the petitioner or his - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8001-DB WA No. 1893 of 2024 family members in the RTC and all other revenue records in respect of the schedule property. Further prayer was made for commanding the respondent No.5 to pay compensation in respect of the schedule property to the petitioner and his family members. 3. According to the appellants, they had moved an application-I.A.No.1/2024 for impleadment in the aforesaid writ petition, claiming to be the owners of the schedule property. However, the said application came to be rejected. The order passed by the writ Court rejecting the application of the appellants for impleadment in the writ petition is not the subject matter of challenge. 4. We fail to understand that if the appellants were not impleaded before the writ Court, how they can maintain this writ appeal in respect of the final order. Therefore, we are of the considered view that this writ appeal at the behest of the appellants is not maintainable inasmuch as their application for impleadment before the writ Court came to be rejected and they have not challenged the said order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8001-DB WA No. 1893 of 2024 5. In view thereof, we dismiss this writ appeal as not maintainable. In view of dismissal of the writ appeal, pending IAs, if any, do not survive for consideration and accordingly, they stand disposed of.
