Mr.C.Samivel, learned SPC, appears for the Registrar of Trade Marks. He submits that the pending application would be considered and disposed of within four weeks. 3. The petitioner applied in form TM-P on 19.06.2024. Therefore, it is just and necessary that the application be disposed of at the earliest. By directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
