The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025, registered under sections 318(2), 318(3) 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336 (3), 318, 340 (2), 61 (2) of BNS and Section 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that Rs. 12,00,000/- has been transferred by the informant to the different accounts and Rs. 1,10,000/- in the account of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition. He further submits that the petitioner is a daily wage labourer and he is in custody since 19.09.2025. 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submit that Rs. 1,10,000/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner. ( 2026:JHHC:660 ) 2 5. Considering that allegations are there of transferring Rs. 12,00,000/- by the informant to the different accounts and Rs. 1,10,000/- in the account of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition. The petitioner is a daily wage labourer and he is in custody since 19.09.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber, Ranchi, in connection with Cyber P.S.
