The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the service benefits and other due of husband of Petitioner No. 1 to the petitioners along with penal interest of 18% till the date of realization. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to take decision over the claim of petition in stipulated period of time. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to grant with other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. Upon making an objection by the learned counsel for the Respondent/State that Petitioner No. 1 is second wife and the Petitioners No. 2 & 3 are children from the second wife and their names are not mentioned in the service book, their claim was rejected, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by the counsel for the Respondents/State as also, the contents of the Annexure P/3, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file 3 appropriate proceedings for obtaining the succession certificate from the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
