Heard Sri. Mohammed Moin Ulla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. Anoop Kumar, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri. Kishorkumar R.S., learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record. 3. During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties to the lis have settled the dispute among themselves and have filed a compounding application along with the joint affidavit. We state that the above criminal petition is filed to praying to quash the F.I.R against the petitioners Crime.No,0019/2016 for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 341, 504, 506 read with 149 of IPC pending on the file the Additional Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Devanahalli, in CC.No.1683/2016. The grounds urged in the criminal petition may be read as part and parcel of this affidavit. 2. We state that, at the intervention of elders and well-wishers, we have amicably agreed to resolve our dispute, and we have decided to reunite and lead life peacefully. As such, we do not wish to continue with the court cases. We wish to culminate our disputes inter se and consent to compound the above case. Therefore, I am filing this application to compound the offences and quash the petition as prayed for along with joint affidavit. Hence, accompanying application. [II] Proceedings in C.C.No.1683/2016 pending before the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Devanahalli, stand quashed qua these petitioners. As a consequence, I.A.No.1/2026 is disposed.
