This Court, by way of interim direction, directed the respondents to pay the said amount. As the amount was not paid, the petitioner filed Contempt Case. Pending consideration of the Contempt Case, the respondents have paid the said amount. 2. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
