JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this with petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner by conducting examination in the subject “Writing For Media” by fixing a date before completion of first semester repeaters NEP Scheme degree examination January/February 2025 as per Annexure-B. 2. This Court, vide order dated 06.02.2025, directed respondent No.2 to arrange the examination of the petitioner for the current first semester (repeaters) NEP scheme degree examination, which was scheduled on 23.01.2025 within 15 days from the date of release of this order and to intimate the date of the examination to the petitioner in advance a week prior to the date of examination. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8354 WP No. 3396 of 2025 3. Pursuant to the interim order, the University has conducted examination for the first semester repeaters NEP scheme degree examination. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that the petitioner has passed the examination conducted in the month of January 2025 and produced the copy of the marks card, which discloses that the petitioner has passed the examination.
