Prayer is allowed. 3. If any appeal is filed, the same should be decided on merits. 4. So far as compensation in respect of the land and structure standing on the other portion of the land which according to the petitioner belongs to him concerned, if there is an award in favour of the petitioner, it is expected that the amount should be disbursed in favour of the awardee at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipts of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. 5.
