Learned counsel for State submits that according to the observation made by this Court on the last date of hearing he has sought instructions and according to his instructions, pursuant to execution proceedings pursuant to the order passed by the Controlling Authority under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 direction was issued to Collector, Dhamtari on 15.05.2025 for depositing the amount of gratuity as computed by the controlling authority along with interest. According to his instructions the said amount will be deposited within a period of one week. 2. In the aforementioned facts of the case and the submission made by learned counsel for State this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Collector, Dhamtari to conclude the proceedings as forwarded by Controlling Authority under Section 08 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 within a period of further three weeks from today. 3. Learned counsel for State is directed to inform the Collector, Dhamtari, about the order passed by this Court and petitioner shall also place the copy of the order before the Collector, Dhamtari. 4.
