Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondents do not dispute that an amount of Rs.1,72,611/- is payable to the petitioner, but release thereof to the petitioner has been justified on the ground of financial crunch. She submits that the respondents be directed to release the said amount forthwith. 2. In light of the fact that now it is no more in dispute that arrears to the tune of Rs.1,72,611/- are payable to the petitioner, though this Court is not directing the Authority to pay the same forthwith, but the petition is disposed of with the direction that let said amount be paid either in installments or in lump-sum on or before 31.08.2026.
