ORDER : Rajesh Mazumdar, J. 1.Heard Ms. S. Neog, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. JK. Roy, learned counsel for respondent No. 2. 2. TCR has been perused. The evidence of PW No. 1 & PW No. 2, namely the informant and the victim, has already been recorded and they have been declared hostile. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submitted that they have moved an application showing no objection to the release of the petitioners on bail as the parties are all related as cousins. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners may be allowed the privilege of bail during the trial proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- each, with 2(two) sureties of the like amount. The petitioner shall participate in the trial proceedings. The learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to impose such other conditions as it may deem necessary to ensure the participation of the accused/petitioners in the trial.
