In similar applications i.e. CRLMP No. 374 of 2026, CRLMP puspa No. 319 of 2026 and CRLMP No. 318 of 2026, this Court has refused to entertain the CRLMP. The relevant portion of the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in CRLMP No. 374 of 2026 is extracted below: “4. Considering the nature of the allegations and the dates on which the Petitions have been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Gajapati, I am not satisfied that this is a fit case to exercise discretionary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to direct the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 to register a case on the written complaint of the Petitioner after almost one year.” 6. In view of the nature of allegation and delay in approaching this Court, I do not consider this to be a fit case to issue any direction to the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 to register a case. 7. The CRLMP is accordingly dismissed. 8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. (Savitri Ratho) Judge
