Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order passed by Trial Court as affirmed by Appellate Court. 3. Since Grant of temporary injunction is discretionary and learned Courts below have considered all relevant aspects, including prima facie case, irreparably injury and balance of convenience for deciding the prayer made by plaintiff for temporary injunction, therefore, this Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. 4. Thus, there is no scope for interference. 5. The writ petition is, however, disposed of with a request to learned Trial Court to make endeavour to decide the suit at an early date.
