It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that, by an earlier order dated 19 August 2026, this Court had directed the Applicant to supply a copy of the Interim Application to the Registry for issuance of notice within a period of three weeks from the date of the said order. 2. The matter was again taken up on 26 August 2026, when learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submitted that the aforesaid directions had been duly complied with and that copies of the Appeal had been supplied to the Registry. 3. However, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the aforesaid Interim Application has not yet been supplied to the Registry.
