1. Mr. Bhagat would submit that in WPS No. 2253 of 2015 vide order dated 14.06.2024 applicant was granted 7 working days’ time to make default good, but he failed to comply with said order, therefore, writ petition was dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant may be granted 7 working days time to comply with the said order.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose.
4. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Bhagat, MCC is allowed. The petitioner/applicant is granted 7 working days’ time to comply with the order dated 14.06.2024 passed in WPS No. 2253 of 2015. In result WPS No. 2253 of 2015 is restored to its original number.
5. Accordingly, MCC stands disposed of. Sd/-
