After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned concerned court by way of filing the regular bail petition as the FIR is of the year 2017. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State has got no objection for the same. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. It is made clear that if any regular bail petition is filed by the petitioner before the learned court concerned, that will be decided in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
