Panta, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is with the complaint that the decision rendered in Vidya Sagar Versus H.P. Tourism Development Corporation and others2 has not been implemented. 3. Yes 2 CWP No.17120 of 2025, decided on 04.11.2025 2 officials and on that basis submits that all retiral benefits due & admissible to the petitioner have since been released in his favour, save & except the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits. Learned counsel further submits that interest liability shall also be discharged by the respondents within three weeks from today, i.e. by or before 18.06.2026. In view of above submissions, this execution petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to abide by the aforesaid assurance given by their learned counsel and release the interest amount admissible to the petitioner by or before 18.06.2026.
