D. Agrawal, Spl.P.P. ---- 02/21.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.179 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, he has already supplied the medicine of Rs. 85 Lakhs and that has been asserted in the F.I.R. He next submits that the allegation has been made that the co- accused namely PSI India Pvt. Ltd., has not fulfilled his promise by way of providing the government supply order. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the allegations have been made against the petitioner, who has not fulfilled his promise with the co-accused. -2- 5. Considering that in the F.I.R. itself, it has been admitted that the petitioner has already supplied the medicine to the tune of Rs. 85 Lakhs and PSI India Pvt. Ltd. has not fulfilled the promise, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.179 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 21.01.2026 Jay/
