The present bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 against the order dated 18.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Beawar, District- Beawar, in Bail Application Nos. 47/2026, 46/2026 & 45/2026 respectively, whereby the bail applications of the petitioners were rejected in connection with F.I.R. No.133/2026, Police Station- Saket Nagar, District-Beawar for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 110 & 3(5) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not been named in the FIR. He further submits that that there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioner of having committed any offence of similar nature or any other nature. He further submits that the main attribution of injury is to one Narendra Singh and anmity has also been alleged to be against Narendra Singh. The injury which was grevious in nature i.e., fracture on nose has also been attributed to Narendra.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the challan has been filed and the maximum punishment is seven years. Moreover, the conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long time, therefore, he prays that the petitioners may be enlarged on bail as the accused-Rahul Singh is in custody since 04.05.2026, accused-
[2026:RJ-JP:26885] (3 of 4) [CRLMB-8285/2026] Sukhdev Singh is in custody since 02.05.2026 and accused- Bhagwan Singh @ Bhaggu is in custody since 19.04.2026, which is more than two months. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the present bail applications. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and upon consideration of the submissions advanced, and particularly the fact that the main accused has been named as Narendra Singh and the allegation of injury on nose has been attributed to Narendra Singh; petitioners having not been named in the FIR; the challan has been filed and the conclusion of trial is likely to take sufficiently long time, this Court is of the opinion that the bail applications deserves to be accepted. 6. 7. Consequently, the bail applications are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners namely - Rahul Singh S/o Suraj Singh, Sukhdev Singh So Raju Singh & Bhagwan Singh @ Bhaggu S/o Laxman Singh arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.133/2026, Police Station-Saket Nagar, District- Beawar, shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnish a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Only) with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) each, to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, with the stipulation that they shall appear before the said Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so until completion of the trial, subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioners shall not leave country without the permission of the Court;
[2026:RJ-JP:26885] (4 of 4) [CRLMB-8285/2026] (ii) The petitioners shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which they are accused, or suspected, of the commission of which they are suspected; (iii) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
