The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions restraining the Respondents from continuing the construction of a garbage disposal unit on the residential road of Bhawanipur Patna High Court CWJC No.1446 of 2026(2) dt.09-04-2026 2/2 Panchayat, District -Bhagalpur which is badly affected the environment of the village; (ii) to direct the respondents to relocate the said facility to a suitable government land in a non-residential area in accordance with the law and guidelines; (iii) to pass any such other order/ orders or direction/direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, environment, and public health. 3.
