The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner looking to her practical difficulties and pass the appropriate order in the interest of justice; 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition. ” 2. At the outset, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the Respondent No. 3 and direction be issued to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest expeditiously, within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit fresh representation to the Respondent No. 3, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3 and in turn Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, 3 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
