The grievance of the petitioners is that in the online entry, the plot number and the area of land of the petitioners have been recorded as 00, thus it has been prayed that this error needs to be corrected. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that the offline register reflects the right position. 4. Learned counsel representing the respondents submits that if the petitioners approaches the Circle Officer, Gumla, their case will be looked into and an appropriate order will be passed. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioners to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Gumla, within four weeks. 6. Upon receipt of such representation, the Circle Officer, Gumla will consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate ( 2026:JHHC:11802 ) 2 order, within six weeks thereafter. 7. If the Circle Officer, Gumla finds any error in online recording, the same should be corrected and if he found no reason to correct the same, the said reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that the petitioners can take appropriate action. 8.
