Since by the impugned letter, petitioner was simply informed that he would be liable to pay certain amount as sub-division charges and the information is based on Government Orders as well as Building Bye-laws, applicable to concerned Development Authority, therefore, this Court do not find any scope for interference in the matter. 4.
