A status report dated 29th May, 2026 has been handed over on behalf of the respondent/MCD in court and the same is taken on record. 3. Photographs have been filed along with the status report to show that the entire garbage has been removed. 4. Mr. Oberoi, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD submits that municipal staff in the said area has been sensitized to carry out garbage disposal on a regular basis. 5. Taking on record the aforesaid assurance, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent/MCD shall ensure that the garbage is lifted on a regular basis and cleanliness is maintained in the locality. 6.
