He further submits that next date fixed in the matter before the concerned Court is 25-06-2026. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court to decide the application of the petitioner filed on 06-07-2024 and pending in the Case Filing Number 18868 /24, within a period of six weeks from 25-06-2026.
