The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chalkusa P.S. Case No.39/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 352, 351(2), 333, 324(2), 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 118(1), 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that the altercation took place due to cutting of bamboo of the same village and both the sides are agnates. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners and even all family members have been made accused. On these grounds, he submits that the anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and injury is also said to be grievous. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides are agnates and the altercation took place due to cutting of bamboo and from the FIR, it is not clear on whose blow such injury has been received and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the petitioners and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Chalkusa P.S.
