1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No.37/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Alwar, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 61(2)(A), 318(4), 316(2), 320, 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the applicant is aged about 41 years and he is the sole bread earner of the family. It is submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed and the applicant is behind the custody ever since 30.11.2025. It is also submitted that the matter is triable by First Class Magis- trate.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. It is submitted that there are three similar
[2026:RJ-JP:11205] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-16703/2025] antecedents against the applicant. It is also submitted that a gross fraud in an organized manner has been played upon the complainant.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, that in similar matters, bail has been granted by the Co- ordinate Bench; that charge-sheet has been filed; that trial will take a long time; that the applicant is sole bread earner of the family; that the applicant is in custody since 30.11.2025; that the matter is triable by First Class Magistrate and looking to the over- all facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge him on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Ravi Jain S/o Shri Ramesh Chand Jain, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
