The petitioner has filled this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction direction/directions, order/orders, declaring that the petitioner's status as contract employee. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders direction/directions commanding and directing the respondents and authorities that the petitioner is entitled for contract wages as given to other Data Entry Operator in Jila Panchayat of Chhattisgarh. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a order/orders direction/directions writ/writs, commanding and directing the respondents' authorities that the petitioner is entitled for all the benefits on the basis of equal pay for equal work. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble court be please to direct the respondent No. 4 Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchyat Raigarh to decide pending representation date 16.12.2025 Annexure P-8 10.5 Any other relief which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts -and circumstances of the case may also be allowed. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as Data Entry Operator at BPRC Janpad Panchayat Kharsiya and Janpad Panchcyat Baramkela respectively pursuant to the order passed by the Directorate, Panchayat, Raipur dated 25.04.2016 and letter of Zila Panchayat, Raigarh dated 27.09.2016 they were employed with Janpad Panchayat at collectorate rate. It is contended 3 that in other districts considering that BPRC scheme government employee working therein has been appointed on contract basis. As petitioners were appointed pursuant to the letter issued by the Directorate, Panchayat now the amount is not being disbursed for their payment as their employment is under different head, against which petitioners have submitted representation before respondent No.4, which is pending consideration. Therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.4 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner dated 16.12.2025 within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that grievance of petitioners is against respondent No.4, therefore, he is not in a position to make any submission. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, the nature of grievance raised and further considering that petitioners have already submitted representation before respondent No.4 for redressal of their grievance, this petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of order. 5.
