Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has superannuated and during his service period he has been not granted any regular promotions nor the benefit of A.C.P. or M.A.C.P. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation which has not even been considered. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a representation before the Respondent no. 4 (The Divisional Forest Officer, Simdega) his case will be considered and if it is found that petitioner is entitled for the benefit of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P., the same will be granted to him. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before respondent No.4. 5. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within four weeks and if it is necessary to place the case before any committee or any authority, the same should be placed during the said period. 6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefits, the same will be 2026:JHHC:7869 granted within two weeks thereafter. 7.
