The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; (a) Directing the Respondents No.3 authority to consider the representation dated 21.4.2025 i.e., Annexure-E and dispose the same in accordance with law; and (b) Pass such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the request made by the petitioner to respondent No.3 to get a sale deed registered has not been considered by respondent No.3. 3. On part of the respondents, it is contented that the same is due to the notification which has been issued on 12.03.2025 at Annexure-D. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8549 WP No. 394 of 2026 4. A Co-ordinate bench of this Court has dealt with a similar matter vide its order dated on 18.11.2025 in W.P.No.34197/2025 and has held that such a restriction, even if imposed, the respondents would have to consider the representation and pass necessary orders on the said representation. 5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 at Annexure-E within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
