The present execution petition has been filed, seeking the benefits of order dated 09.10.2023, passed by the learned Single Judge, in CWP No.181 of 2020.
2. Apparently, vide the said order, as many as 35 more cases, were decided by the Co-ordinate Bench. In the execution petition, we do not find any mention that whether the petitioner has approached appropriate authority for the grant of necessary relief. Even a period of more than two and a half years has already elapsed. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. In such circumstances, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the respondents firstly by taking out appropriate notice/representation.
4. Permission granted. Liberty, as prayed, is reserved. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as not pressed, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. ( G.S. Sandhawalia) Chief Justice
