The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the sole accused died on 19.04.2017. It is further submitted that, on 03.09.2026, this Court issued Bailable Warrant against the sole accused to secure his presence for hearing the old appeal. 2. In view of the death of the sole accused on 19.04.2017, therefore, the appeal stands abated by reason of the death of the sole accused. 3. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Guduru Railway Police Station, Railway Police District, Guntakal is directed to submit a detailed report within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, including the delay of around 9 years for submission of the death of the sole accused before this Court, for contributing to the case going on listing, inviting order of Bailable Warrant in the meantime, and also submit the mechanism followed in sending written/e-mail instructions in the Appeal, if any, with those enclosures. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
