Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R. Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the petitioner found the subject vehicle at Hyderabad and is inclined to take appropriate steps accordingly. 4 3. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, submits that the respondent-police have not seized the vehicle and that the subject vehicle is at Hyderabad. 4. Accordingly, recording the submission of the respective counsel on record by leaving open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in terms of law, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
